if you’re the person who try to quit smoking. let’s take your smoker and you smoke five times a day. the 5th cigarette you take at 9.00 clock p.m after dinner.

 

just try to take this smoke at 10.00 clock p.m suddenly. you will feel more struggle from 9.00 clock to 10.00 clock p.m. because that’s where you find the consistency power.
